  • Health and Safety

    Lunika construction has appointed a qualified health and safety officer to handle the occupational health and safety related issues in our construction sites. Our project’s safety aspects are managed by our officer in order to ensure that compliance is adhered to. The Covid-19 pandemic has been a game changer in most sectors of our economy including the construction industry. Our health and safety office has developed a plan to deal with Covid-19, this entails sanitizing the work environment, temperature screening, wearing of face masks and hand sanitizing, sanitizing the equipment and maintaining a 1.5 meter social distance is also our utmost focus in order to curb the spread of the virus. Furthermore, the less number of workers are deployed on site in order to maintain the social distance thereby minimizing Covid-19 spread.

  • Refurbishment

    We deliver small to large refurbishment projects to multiple sectors. These projects are often upgrades to building assets owned by state and federal government, financial institutions and private individuals. We will engage client’s representatives and facilities managers to undertake these projects and we will successfully complete projects for clients. Lunika Construction project team understand how to successfully manage projects in tenant occupied environments minimizing disruption to building tenants.

    Our delivery will be successful due to strong leadership from our construction team getting involved at the early stages of the project to identify the project risks. This allows the design to be procured and delivered to exacting standards.

We focus on the front end identification of project risks and our systems and procedures provide the framework for our project team to efficiently manage our projects. We have invested in industry leading construction software to administer the delivery process.
